Squeeze the Day 3-D Lemon Sign

Now that Avry and decided to decorate with a lemon theme for June, we have been slowly creating pieces to add to our lemon decor. We created this quick and simple Squeeze the Day 3-D Lemon Sign in about 30 minutes.

To create your own Squeeze the day 3-D lemon sign you will need:

8” by 8” cut thin board

White paint

Paintbrushes

Lemon shape cut from thin wood or cardboard

Yellow paint

Glitter

Black vinyl

Personal cutting machine

Hot glue gun and glue

Start by painting you 8” square board white and the lemon shape yellow, before the lemon shape has time to dry sprinkle glitter over the wet yellow paint and shake off excess. While your board and lemon paint dry, design the wording for your sign using the personal cutting machine. Cut the wording out of black vinyl using your personal cutting machine. Weed out excess vinyl and apply a transfer tape. Once your 8” board is dry center your vinyl and apply it to your board. Last using your hot glue gun glue the glittered lemon shape to your board.

Once I finish creating this cute lemon sign, I placed it in the top of my tiered tray that I had decorated with lemon items from the dollar store.
