Just Sweat Dream Team 1/2 marathon and 30 mile Trek
Whew! What a month! July had a lot of up’s and down’s but wowza I ran a 1/2 marathon and boy oh boy was it hard not only did I run a half marathon my son Kaden who is also part of my Ubisoft dream team went on a Pioneer Trek and walked 30 miles in 4 days. (In the 95 degree weather) He also wore long pants and a long sleeved shirt to do this in. I was really impressed that he accomplished it! Guest – Ready Bathroom
My half bathroom in my home gets used a lot. It is the only bathroom (besides my master bathroom) on the main floor of my home. People do not want to walk upstairs to use my upper bathroom nor do they want to walk downstairs to use my basement bathroom and of course I’m not going to let them use mine 😉 So, I have a half bathroom to accommodate my guests. Ubisoft / Just Dance Dream team accomplishing my first goal So, I am learning that it didn’t take over night for me to put the weight on and that it is definately not coming off overnight. The past month has been a cycle of up’s and down’s on the weight loss. I’ve worked out a LOT this past month but my food portions are what are killing me. Some days are really really good and other day’s not so much. I am drinking a lot of water also which I believe is a good thing.
