Halloween Pennant Banner
Halloween Pennant Garland I picked up all the cute fabric on Roberts arts and Craft Halloween fabric clearance (plus used a coupon for the fabric that wasn’t on sale) On top of it I already had some of the fabric kicking around home that I purchased at a garage sale. I cut two different sizes of triangles then alternated them before I sewed them together. I didn’t even hem the edges of the triangles but when I take it down off my mantle I think I might stitch around them just to give it a more finished look. I just stitched along a ribbon at the top. This was literally…

Halloween Glittered Witch
This was a fast and very easy craft! Paint a block of wood, tape off stripes Mod Podge stripes and dump that glitter on! Once dry I used a frame that was bought on clearance for about .10 cents at Michaels. Painted it black, Mod Podged it also then dumped the glitter on it. Cut out the Girl Witch on the Cricut using black vinyl. Then added a little pennant to the corner. Super fast and turned out cute!

Burlap Owl Door hanger I love owl’s especially this time of year when summer is turning to fall but it isn’t time to bring out the fall stuff quite yet. What a fun way to decorate but with an owl! They add so much character to a home! The inspiration for this craft came from Pinterest. But when I clicked on the link to the picture on Pinterest it let no where! So after a little research I found them on Etsy where Nursejeaneeg brings to life these cute owls! I wanted mine BIG and so my girlfriend came up with a template and made it “BIG” Now one owl…

Cedar Sign Post for each holiday
Pumpkins Apples and Hayrides My husband got this idea that if he built one post to put in the ground that I could rotate signs out for every holiday. So, he bought some cedar 4×4 (yes their actual size is 4X4) Some tend to be smaller but these posts are true to the 4×4 size. He notched out the wood by using a saw and chisel. He made the post approximately 8′ tall but when put 2′ into the ground it stands around 6′ tall. The notch in the post let the other post lay sideways into it. So, the opening of the notch out is 4″ so they fit…

Dollar store owl floor mat
Owl floor mat Check out these floor mats my girlfriend bought at the dollar store (not our style and not real cute) So, we applied a couple of coats of fun, funky bright lime green paint! (wall semi-gloss paint) once the paint was dry we found some owl templates online and cut them out on the Cricut using contact paper We stuck the contact paper owl templates onto the dried mats and chose 4 different colors to paint the cute owls we did a few coats of paint on the owls too (just used normal toll paints) once they were dry we removed the stencil, sprayed a clear sealer over…
