That’s what friends are for

Two weeks ago just a few days before my half marathon I came down with a NASTY head cold. Not only that but on Friday of that week my mom came down and I cried on her shoulder – I cried not because anything bad happened but I think mostly because I felt sick and just unappreciated by some people in my life.

Of course but who shows up at the door right after my melt down?? But my friend Krystal. She knows me sometimes it is crazy at how well she gets me.
She brought me all sorts of “get well” goodies.

inside tissues and cough drops! Very cute AND clever! I may have to steal this idea.

But this card really got me laughing! and she tied it to progresso chicken noodle soup.

an apple a day keeps the Dr. away but what if the Dr. is cute?? now that cracks me up!

Krystal also made me some cute cute headbands that I will have to blog about in another post.
Krystal is just a gem and I LOVE having her as a friend!
