You can watch the video tutorial or follow the instructions below.
Start by cutting your wood trim (I used a jig saw), you will need 2 pieces cut at 9 inches each.

Cut your Canvas fabric at 8 1/2″ by 13 1/2″. You can use scissors or a rotary cutter.

Apply a thin layer of Liquetex gel or Mod Podge with a paint brush all over the front side of your fabric.

Place the printed tally ho tavern sign Paper face down centered on the fabric covered in the gel or Mod Podge. Allow time for the paper and fabric to completely dry.

While the fabric and paper are drying. Mix faux stain and paint the two 9″ trim pieces. Allow time for the trim to dry.

After the fabric and paper are dry with a lightly damp rag get the paper wet and gently rub the backside of the paper off, leaving the printed design on the fabric.

Glue the 2 stained trim pieces onto the top and bottom of the fabric sign using your hot glue gun.

Attach jute rope onto the backside of the top piece of wood trim using your hot glue gun.
