I have seen these paper cone wreaths and to be honest they have been on my “to make” list for years! I decided with our upcoming Halloween party that it would be fun to make a few of these for prizes. Free Lucky St. Patrick’s Printable Tag This is a cute little gift I got from Krystal. She made a Cute Lucky St. Patrick’s banner for me – This cute banner is triangles cut out of card stock (plain white). With some triangle cut tissue paper glued onto the top of the triangle card stock. The tissue paper has gold glittered polka dots. You could do this with any cute tissue paper! Just cut the tissue paper into triangles to match the same size of the triangle card stock pennants.
