Spring wreath

I discovered a mesh type ribbon when my mom brought me a roll at Christmas time to add to my Christmas tree. It was lime green and I was in love with the stuff! I added it to my Christmas tree and it POPPED!

When I saw this wreath at Kristen’s Creations I got immediately excited! I knew right away I had to make one!

So I took this old wreath: (which needed a makeover anyways as it was 7 years old)

and created this wreath:

I took old bunnys I had from about 5 years ago & a sign I bought last year on after Easter clearance for $3.50 and had so much fun making it!

Just wait until you see the snowman’s make over! 😉 A big Thanks to Kristen at Kristen’s Creations for the lovely idea!

Yeah Karen I figured it was time for the old snowman to get a new look so I am redoing him for another project.. adding some color to him! 😉

This is so cute! Do you tie the mesh on with with just a knot or do you make a bow with each piece. I can't really tell how it's fluffed, if it's the bow part of all those bows are if it's just the ends of the mess where you've just tied them on by looping all the way around. Thanks ! This is super cute and I'm def going to try my best at it.

The mesh can be found by the roll and it is somewhat stiff so that is how it gets the puffiness. So cut your mesh in 1 yard strips and wrap the strip around the wreath tie it in a knot and then just curl the ends they will stay puffy. I have seen some do this with netting but it doesn't give the fullness. The ends will fray a little bit but you can just tuck them.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
