Pumpkin carving and no kids for Halloween
All the kids were gone to their other parents over Halloween so I didn’t get a single picture of them in any costumes. It was such a bitter sweet feeling. It was the first Halloween EVER that I haven’t seen my kids but yet it was a very relaxing Halloween which I might say I enjoyed. There was no hustle and bustle of finding the right costume or the running in a hurry from door to door. We had our own fun at home watching other’s kids come trick or treating to our house & I did get a kick out of my husband for scaring a few! Martini our dog was a wimp and would whimper every time a trick or treater would come to the door so she got chained up in the back yard!
We did get some sweet carving pumpkin pictures though to share with you!

Great pumpkins! Good idea to put plastic on the counter. I enjoy giving out the candy and seeing all the costumes and kids come around! Sounds like a nice Halloween. 😉

It must be hard not to have your kids around all the time! I think that's going to be the hardest thing for me!
