Perfect Pear card for couples!

This month’s card group theme is “weddings” and I am tired of the same old suit and wedding dress cards. Or the black and white cards with the fancy writing and not to mention after Joey’s wedding the last thing I wanted to do was ANYTHING related to weddings. So I went fun & creative with this card!

I used the Pear from the Home Accents Cricut cartridge. I have a whole 2 cartridges and this is one of them – I cut the layers in different colors. I love the color scheme on this baby!

I did the 3-D effect on one of the pear’s using pop tabs. I also antiqued the edges using a brown ink pad.

Isn’t this a fun card to give to the “Perfect couple” I saw so many cute Pear idea on Pinterest that I started to fall in love with the pear theme through this process!
