Place sugar and corn syrup in a sauce pot and bring it to a boil. Remove your pot from the heat and add the peanut butter and stir the mixture together. Next, pour the peanut butter sauce over the popped Orville Redenbacher® popcorn. Mix the sauce into the popcorn until it is coated.
Press the popcorn peanut butter mixture into a greased 9"x 13" pan. Last you will want to drizzle melted chocolate on top of the popcorn peanut butter mixture and let it set. Once set cut the peanut butter & chocolate popcorn into bars.
