Coca-Cola Holiday Spiced Bread with Glaze

Ingredients
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1 c. milk
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Glaze
  • 1 c. powder sugar
  • ¼ c. Coca-Cola
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, milk, Coca-Cola, and oil. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, ground cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and combine all ingredients. Spray baking pans and pour mixture an inch below the top of baking pan to compensate for the rise. Bake 40-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
