Lay out tortilla and spread about 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese on the tortilla. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer. Then add a ¼ cup of shredded turkey on top of the cranberry sauce. Next drizzle jalapeno jelly on top of the turkey. Tuck in one side of the filled tortilla and roll up carefully keeping the filling inside. Last slice rolled up tortilla into 1½ inch sections.
