Delicious light and refreshing cake! Great for Spring or Summer parties
Ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple
1 3.5 oz. package vanilla pudding
1 Cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 Cup whip topping
1 angle food cake
assortment of berries for topping
Instructions
In a large bowl mix crushed pineapple, vanilla pudding, and coconut together. Then add whipped topping and gently mix with pineapple pudding mixture. Slice pre-bought or homemade angle food cake into 3 sections. Lay bottom angle food cake section on plate or platter and top with ⅓ of pineapple pudding mixture. Then add next layer of angle food cake on top of pineapple mixture. repeat this process with last of the pineapple mixture on top of the cake. Add your choice of fresh berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
