I think the biggest question of the day for most people is WHATS FOR DINNER! It seems that dinner time can be very stressful for almost everyone! Weather your a stay at home parent, work full time, go to school and the list goes on. I often feel like I get in rut of making the same recipes over and over until we are completely sick and tired of them. One of my favorite things to use, like many other people is the crockpot. I love that for most recipes you can throw them in early in the morning and forget about it. This recipe has become a favorite! It has very few ingredients no mixing or chopping. Just dump and your done! I am also the type of person who will take a little help from the store. They say time is money, and I don’t have all afternoon to mix up homemade meatballs. The few extra dollars to purchase pre-made ones is well worth it to me!

Gather your ingredients dump in your crockpot and set on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. If  I’m around the house that day, I will stir the ingredients a few times as it cooks down. If I know I will be gone all day, I usually mix the sauce ingredients before I pour it over the meatballs. This makes quite a large batch. You can cut it in half if you have a smaller family. If I am making this for dinner, I serve it over rice with a side salad or vegetable. These also make great appetizers arrange on a plate and stick toothpicks in each meatball and drizzle sauce over top!  They are wonderfully light, sweet and tangy! Enjoy!
